Tween Moral Focus Set 1

This set includes 30 Hi-Lo books, one copy of each title, for students in grades 4-8. Every book falls within the HL60L-HL440L Lexile range (reading levels 1.0 to 3.9), so striving readers can choose a book they can read and still find worth reading. The set centers on moral focus virtue themes. Set 1 and Set 2 cover a similar Lexile range with different titles, so you can add both for more variety.

Virtues include: wisdom and discernment, respect and tolerance, gratitude and contentment, self-control and self-discipline, perseverance and flexibility, courage and assertiveness, encouragement and generosity, compassion and empathy, and integrity and accountability.

This set is part of Saddleback's Hi-Lo Classroom Libraries, collections of high-interest, low-readability books that help you grow your classroom library, offer independent reading choices, and support targeted reading instruction.

Titles in this set may vary and are subject to change without notice, but any substitute will fall in the same Lexile range.
