Teen Emergent Reader Libraries® Phonics

Built for emerging teen readers developing decoding skills, including newcomers with no prior English language skills, this library carefully controls its content to showcase phonics patterns in order, starting with CVC words and moving through long vowels, consonant digraphs, vowel diphthongs, and multisyllabic words. Phonics Decodable Readers

These low-level, age-respectful decodable books support striving readers with words built from basic phonics rules plus specific spelling patterns. The series is organized by pattern, with sets for Prefixes, Suffixes, Homophones, Challenging Spelling Patterns, and two Combined Patterns sets (the second built from nonfiction titles). Each set includes ten titles for grades 6 to 12, with a Reading Level of 1.0 to 2.0 and a Lexile range of HL90L to HL230L.
