Welcome Libraries

The Welcome Newcomers® Libraries were developed to support tween newcomers, English learners, and students who have experienced limited or interrupted formal education. Each library is organized around real-life topics that provide students with relevant information about living in the United States while helping them navigate new educational and social environments.
