If the physical goods/physical materials you select do not meet your needs, please contact us for a return authorization, within 30 DAYS of the invoice date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unopened, unmarked, and in salable condition. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
