This privacy policy describes the information Saddleback Educational, Inc. (“Saddleback Educational”) may collect from you during your visit to our web site (“Web Site”), how we may use it, to whom we may provide this information, and how we will protect the information that you may opt to provide.

Saddleback Educational collects personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number, or e-mail address only where it is voluntarily provided by you, such as when you create an account through our Web Site or otherwise contact us. If you are purchasing goods via the Web Site, we will also collect financial information. Such financial information is only used to bill you for your purchases. This information may be forwarded to your credit card company or to other companies that we have contracted with to assist with our billing.

Saddleback Educational does not otherwise collect personally identifiable information from you when you visit the Web Site. At the portions of our Web Site where you may input personally identifiable information, the transmission of this data to us is not over a secure server. When Saddleback Educational receives such personally identifiable information, we treat this information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it. We do not intentionally collect or solicit information personally identifiable information about children. If your child submitted information to us and you would like it removed, please contact us.

Any information, suggestions, comments or other data that you transmit to us becomes the property of Saddleback Educational.
