This privacy policy describes the information Saddleback Educational, Inc. (“Saddleback Educational”) may collect from you during your visit to our web site (“Web Site”), how we may use it, to whom we may provide this information, and how we will protect the information that you may opt to provide.

Saddleback Educational collects personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number, or e-mail address only where it is voluntarily provided by you, such as when you create an account through our Web Site or otherwise contact us. If you are purchasing goods via the Web Site, we will also collect financial information. Such financial information is only used to bill you for your purchases. This information may be forwarded to your credit card company or to other companies that we have contracted with to assist with our billing.

Saddleback Educational does not otherwise collect personally identifiable information from you when you visit the Web Site. At the portions of our Web Site where you may input personally identifiable information, the transmission of this data to us is not over a secure server. When Saddleback Educational receives such personally identifiable information, we treat this information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it. We may share this information within Saddleback Educational, its affiliates, subcontractors, and employees, for purposes including but not limited to responding specifically to your inquiry, operating our web site, providing additional information about our company and products, and sending newsletters about company and products.

Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.

We do not intentionally collect or solicit information personally identifiable information about children. If your child submitted information to us and you would like it removed, please contact us.

If we make any material changes in our privacy practices that affect user information already collected through our site, we will post a notice on our Web Site notifying users of the change. Please periodically review our site for the most current version of this privacy policy.

We ask that you notify us of any changes to your personal information via e-mail, telephone, or postal mail at the address shown below. You may at any time request to be removed from our e-mail list. Please note, however, that any communication or material you transmit to the Web Site through electronic mail or through Saddleback Educational’s inquiry forms, including any questions, comments, suggestions or the like is, and will be treated as, non-proprietary. Any information, suggestions, comments or other data that you transmit to us becomes the property of Saddleback Educational.
