We ship all packages FOB Costa Mesa, CA, using the best method possible. We prefer to ship to a physical location, rather than a PO Box. When shipping to a physical location, we will ship using UPS Ground, which provides tracking of your package. When shipping to a PO Box, we will ship using USPS, which does not provide tracking. Please note, once an item leaves our warehouse, our ground shipments take between 3-7 business days to deliver, depending on where you are located. Some items may not be available at time of order placement, and may result in a delayed shipment. We are happy to confirm availabilty via phone or email if needed. Our ground shipping fees are as follows:
- UNITED STATES
We charge 12%. There is an $8 minimum charge. Shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii are charged 18%.
Orders under $99.99 will have $35 added to the order. Orders $100 to $999.99 will have 30% added to the order. Orders over $1000 will have 25% added to the order.

We are happy to accept Purchase Orders once your school has faxed or emailed a signed copy of a purchase order to our Customer Service Department. If you submit an online order without faxing or emailing a signed purchase order, your order will be held up and possibly cancelled. In some cases, we may require a pre-payment on a first time order.
